摘  要:为了探讨Modal纤维的可纺性,确保Modal涤混纺竹节纱的成纱质量,针对Modal纤维的特点,并条工序采取"重加压、低速度、轻定量、顺牵伸"的工艺原则,粗纱工序采取"大捻度、小后牵伸、小定量、慢车速"的工艺原则,同时确保各工序纺纱通道光洁顺畅。实践表明,同其他新型再生纤维素类纤维的纺纱难度相比,Modal纤维的纺纱难度较小,成纱质量水平较好。To discuss spinnability of Modal fiber and guarantee yam quality of Modal polyester blended slubby yarn, bigger pressure, lower speed, smaller weight per unit, normal draft were adopted in drawing process, bigger twist, smaller back draft, smaller weight per unit, slower speed were adopted in roving process, spinning passage of each process should be clear according to specialty of Modal fiber. The practice shows that Modal fiber has smaller spinning difficult and better yarn quality than that of new type regenerated cellulose fiber.
