摘　　要：尝试应用DY-69聚酯胶粉部分取代PVA对涤棉府绸进行上浆的可行性。对DY-69聚酯胶粉的质量指标、粘度稳定性、浆膜性能进行了测试,并在G142C型浆纱机上应用DY-69聚酯胶粉对T/C 80/20 13.1/13.1 433/299府绸进行了上浆实践。结果表明:DY-69聚酯胶粉粘度低,满足"两高一低"上浆工艺的要求,可取代50%以上PVA,并且降低了用浆成本,提高了织机效率。Application of DY-69 polyester amylopection in polyester cotton poplin sizing instead of PVA partly were tried, Quality index, viscosity stability and size film property of DY-69 polyester amylopection were tested, and sizing practice of T/C 80/20 13.1/13.1 433/299 poplin by DY-69 in G142C sizing machine was done too. The result shows that DY-69 polyester anylopection has lower viscosity, it can satisfy the processing demands of high pressure, high concentration and low viscosity, and it can be instead of PVA by 50% , and reduce sizing cost, enhance loom efficiency.
