摘 要:为解决胞质不育材料在低温下产生微粉对制种质量的影响,采取父本于9月中旬育苗并在父本行每667m2植2000余株,母本于晚秋11月上、中旬直播,且每667m2留苗15000株左右。结果,花期父本植株高大、花势强,母本微粉发生较少。其杂种种子不育株率为9.5%~16%,比母本正常秋播杂种种子的不育株率32.4%~37.9%低16.4%~28.4%,制种产量可达799.5~1240.5kg/hm2。In order to overcome the seed quality being influenced by the micro pollen grain from cytopasmic sterile materials under low temperature conditions,the proper sowing time of female parent was suggested.Male parent raised seedlings in the middle ten days of September and transplanted on the male parent row with a density of over 2000plant/667m 2.Female parent would sow directly on its row in the first twenty days of November with 15000plant/667m 2.The results showed that the plant height of male parent increased,the flowers bloomed vigorously,and the micro pollen grain quantity of the female parent decreased.The sterile rate of hybrid seed was only 9 5%~16% and 16 4%~28 4% lower than the common (32 4%~37 9%).The output of seed production reached to 799 5~1240 5 kg/ha.
