摘　　要：目的:了解分析80岁以上住院患者心血管药物的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2004年1月～12月80岁以上住院患者心血管药物应用情况进行调查分析。结果:降压药在临床应用中占主导地位,大部分药物的DUI均<1。结论:我院高龄老人心血管药物应用基本合理。OBJECTIVE ： To analyzed the use of the cardiovascular drugs in the inpatients aged over eighty. METHODS ： The cardiovascular drugs used in the inpatients aged over eighty from Jan. to Dec. in 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Of the cardivascular drugs used, antihypertensive drugs occupied a predominant place, and the DUI for the majority of the drugs was 〈 1. CONCLUSION ： The use of cardiovascular drugs in the advanced age patients was rational on the whole.
