摘　　要：PLC控制系统在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,PLC控制系统的可靠性直接影响到工业生产的效率与安全。分析影响PLC控制系统故障的主要因素,提出提高系统稳定性的措施,对于提高PLC控制系统可靠性具有普遍意义和实践价值。Programmable logic controller（PLC） has been widely applied in the industrial production and the reliability of PLC control system will directly affect the efficiency and safety of the production. By analyzing some primary factors influencing the reliability of PLC control system,several methods enhancing the reliability of system have been proposed. These methods have the universal significance and the practical value to enhance the stability of PLC control system.
