摘  要:翡翠贻贝壳珍珠层,棱柱层及韧带层经粉末XRD分析证实均由文石组成。在此基础上,本文采用FTIR光谱对三个壳层文石进行了测量和对比分析,发现不同壳层文石存在明显的红外频移现象,其中文石的ν1、ν4带特征与壳层无关,而ν2、ν3带与壳层密切相关。不同壳层文石的ν2,ν3带最大频移分别可达8.8cm-1及23.3cm-1,另外,珍珠层文石ν2、ν3带的半高宽明显大于韧带。本文认为生物对不同壳层文石可能具有选择性生物矿化控制作用。The three shell layers including ligamental,outer prismatic and inner nacreous layers from bivalve shells of Perna Viridis were comparatively analyzed by FTIR and XRD analysis. Though the three shell layers were uniformly aragonitic in terms of XRD analysis,their FTIR spectra were clearly different. The v1 ,v4 bands of aragonites were nearly independent of shell layers,whereas the v2, v3 bands varied with shell layers and their maximal frequency shifts were up to 8. 8cm^-1 and 23.3cm^-1,respectively. In addition, the full widths at half maximum of v2, v3 bands in nacre were significantly larger than that in ligament. The aragonites in different shell layers might undergo selectively bio-controlled mineralization.
