高效液相色谱法测定高纯度獐牙菜苦苷的含量

摘　　要：采用外标法Thermo-C18(200×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30℃,HPLC测定川东獐牙菜植物成分-高纯度獐牙菜苦苷含量。线性范围为2.8512—14.256μg/mL(r=0.99998),99%的獐牙菜苦苷对照品的回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.52%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,测定结果准确、可靠,可用于獐牙菜苦苷药物制备中的质量检测和监控。The pure swertiamarin in swertia davidi franch was determined by HPLC with thermo-C18（200mm× 4.6mm,5μm） column as fixed phase and methanol-water（25 ： 75） as mobile phase, and the UV detector at 254nm and the flow rate of 1. 0mL/min. The linearity range is 2. 8512-14. 256μg/mL （r= 0. 99998）,the average recovery for 99% swertiamarin is 99. 93% and RSD of 0. 52%. The method is simple, sensitive and good nature reappearance with reliable and accurate. It is adoptable for inspecting and controlling the quality of swertiamarin in medicine preparation.
