摘　　要：选择对于虚拟企业战略具有重要影响力的两个因素,即技术创新能力和成员企业之间的信任程度作为矩阵的两个维度建立战略选择矩阵模型,分析了矩阵每个区域中虚拟企业的战略选择,讨论了虚拟企业技术创新能力及成员企业间信任程度的确定。Choose two factors which have the significant influence on the strategic choice for virtual enterprises as two dimensions to establish a strategic choice matrix model ,which are technological innovation capability and trust degree among member enterprises, analyze each cell for virtual enterprises strategic choice in the matrix, discuss the determination of the technological innovation capability and the trust degree among member enterprise in virtual enterprise.
