心内膜心肌活检的超微结构研究——106例分析

摘　　要：106例心肌活检组织,透射电镜观察结果:不同病因的心肌组织,其超微结构改变大同小异,没有特征性;这可能与心脏的组织结构、功能和代谢有关。细胞内糖元和脂褐素增多,表明心肌细胞受损害。核畸形是由于细胞器增多、体积增大挤压所致。透射电镜能发现光镜早期不能看到的细胞超微病变,对临床上心肌病的早期诊断、早期治疗和预后估计有一定价值。106 myocardial biopsies were studied by transmission electron microscope(TEM).The result showed that the myocardial ultrastructural changes were rather similar and non pathognostic although their pathogenic causes were different,These changes might be related to the structures functious and metabolism of the heart.An increase in glucogen and lipofusein in the cells suggested there were damages of the cells.The nuclear defor- mation was due to the pressure exerted by the increase in number and enla- rgement of the organelles. The cellular ultrastructural changes were detected easily by TEM,which could not be seen under light microscope.such TEM examination is useful for early clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation.
