摘 要:实验室制备了负载型TiO2光催化剂,利用自行设计的实验台,对SO2光催化氧化实验条件进行了研究。结果表明,催化剂、光照、氧气、SO2浓度等是影响SO2光催化氧化的主要因素,在最佳实验条件下,SO2有较高光催化氧化降解率。同时还考察了SO2在吸收剂表面的吸附、溶解、光解、氧化等性质。扫描电镜(SEM)和X-射线电子能谱(EDS)用来分析新鲜光催化剂和反应后光催化剂的微观性质,在反应后光催化剂能谱图中发现硫物种。利用化学分析方法分析尾气吸收液的成分,发现硫酸根的含量高于亚硫酸根。根据X射线能谱和化学分析结果,对SO2光催化氧化机理进行了初步推断。Supported TiO2 photocatalyst were prepared in laboratory, experimental conditions of light catalysed oxidation for SO2 were studied by using self-designed platform. Experimental results showed that TiO2 photocatalyst, UV irradiation, presence of 02, initial concentration of SO2 were essential influencing factors to photocatalytic oxidiation of SO2.Under optimum experimental conditions, the higher removal efficiency for SO2 was obtained, and the absorption, solution,photolysis and oxidation of SO2 on the surface of TiO2 photocatalyst were investigated. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) and an accessory X-ray energy spectrometer(EDS) were used to observe micro-properties of the fresh photocatalyst and spent photocatalyst, sulfur peak appeared in the energy spectrum of the spent photocatalyst, the absorption liquid of the tail gas was analyzed by chemical analysis methods, the results indicated that sulfate was more than sulfite in the absorption liquid. According to the experimental results of X-ray energy spectrometer and the chemical analysis, the mechanism of light catalysed oxidation for SO2 by TiO2 photocatalyst was estimated initially.
