摘 要:近年来,由于国家政策的促进,我国风资源丰富地区的风电穿透功率迅速增长。截至 2006 年底,我国的风电总装机容量达到 2 589 MW,年增长率高达 105.5%。由于装机容量较大的风电场一般接入 220 kV 输电网,风电场接入后对电网的影响范围更大了。在中国,风资源丰富地区一般都远离负荷中心,电网结构也比较弱,因此,大规模风电接入电网后出现了输电线路过载、电压水平降低、系统暂态稳定性改变等问题。另外,电力系统的调度和运行也受到风电间歇性的影响,需要电力系统备用来补偿风电的波动。本文主要研究风电场接入对电网带来的各方面影响,阐述了风电场接入电力系统研究的新进展、研究方法及相关结论,最后给出了解决相关问题的技术方案。In recent years, wind power penetration increased rapidly in some areas with the abundant wind resources because of the government policy impetus. By the end of the year 2006, the cumulative installed capacity of wind power reached 2 589 MW with a high annual growth rate 105.5%. Because majority of the wind farms with higher installed capacity intends to be connected into the transmission network of 220 kV voltage level, their impacts are becoming more widespread. The regions with abundant wind resources in China are generally located far away from the load center with a weak grid configuration, therefore issues such as transmission line overloading, local grid voltage level decreasing, and transient stability change could emerge with large scale wind power integration. As well, the power system dispatching and operation are influenced by the intermittent wind power, which should be regulated by the system reserve. This paper presents the recent wind power integration study mainly focused on the grid integration impact on power system in China. The main approaches and conclusions are illustrated in this paper and the measures to deal with the emerged issues are presented finally.
