摘  要:针对割缝管在非均匀载荷作用下引起套管损坏的问题,在研究非均匀载荷对套管抗挤强度影响的基础上,以有限单元法为基础,建立了割缝衬管的力学模型,分析了割缝衬管在不同载荷模式下的抗挤强度以及不同壁厚割缝衬管的抗挤强度随不均匀系数的变化关系。结果表明,相同不均匀系数条件下,随着壁厚的增加,割缝衬管的等效抗挤强度增大;随着不均匀系数增加,衬管的抗挤强度增加;载荷的作用形式和非均匀程度是影响抗挤强度的主要因素。该研究成果在哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克盐下油田采用刚级N-80割缝衬管完井的7口试验井中应用,没有发生堵塞现象,取得了显著的经济效益。Regarding the slotted liner destruction caused under non-uniform loads, the effects of non-uniform loads on the collapse strength of slotted liner is studied, the mechanical model for slotted liner is set up, and the collapse strengths under different loads and the variations of the collapse strengths of the slotted liners with different thicknesses as non-uniformity changes are analyzed. The results indicate the equivalent collapse strength of the slotted liner will increase with the thickness under the given non-uniformity, and the collapse strength will increase with the non-uniformity when non-uniformity changes, and the loads' type and non-uniformity are the major factors affecting the collapse strength. The study results have been applied in Kenyak subsalt oilfield in Kazakstan, N-80 slotted liners have been used in 7 test wells for completion with remarkable economic benefits obtained, no plugging occurred.
