摘 要:在天然气开采及储运过程中,水合物会导致井筒堵塞、气井停产、管道停输等严重事故。针对大牛地气田DK27井在水合物防治方面存在的问题,结合实际注醇量和水合物生成条件模型,分析了地面环境温度为12℃和-25℃两种情况下井筒中水合物的生成情况。分析发现DK27井所在地区气温较高时,甲醇大量浪费;但温度较低时注醇量又不够,从而导致了水合物堵塞情况的发生。认为一年四季采用相同的注醇量是不科学的,应结合四季和昼夜气温变化来调整甲醇的加入量。进而对一年中各个月份防治水合物所需注醇量进行了相应计算和改进,为现场实践提供技术指导。Hydrate may result in some serious accidents, such as wellbore plugging, shut-down of the gas well and halt of pipeline transportation during the exploration, storage and transportation of the natural gas. Aiming to deal with the problems in hydrate prevention of the well DK27 in Daniudi gas field, this paper studied the formation of the hydrate in the wellbore under the aboveground atmospheric temperature of 12℃ and -25℃ via combining the practical injection rate of methanol and the model of the formation conditions of hydrate. The research findings showed that the main reason why the well DK27 was plugged was the methanol injection rate was not adjusted in line with the local differential temperatures between the four seasons and the day and night. The methanol was wasted when the temperature was high, while the injection rate of methanol was inadequate when the temperature was low, which has led to the plugging of hydrate. The consistent methanol injection rate at all seasons is not scientific. The injection rate should be adjustable in accordance with the temperature changes. The required methanol injection rate in different months should be studied and improved to provide technical guidance to the on-site practices.
