摘　　要：膜脂是生物膜的基本骨架,膜蛋白是膜功能的主要体现者。生物膜脂研究是生物膜研究的一个重要组成部分。结合近几年来的新进展,从生物膜脂的分离和脂肪酸的分析角度出发,综合评述了应用于脂类物质分析的TLC、GC、HPLC、CE为代表的主要分析方法,以及CE-MS、HPLC-MS在脂类物质分析中的应用前景。Lipids act as the basic framework of the biomembrane,and membrane protein play a signify role in the function of membrane.Research on the membrane lipids was the important area of bio-membrane study.Focused on the recent development of separation of biomembrane lipids and analysis of its fatty acid,the main analysis methods of TLC、GC、HPLC and CE in lipids study and the application foreground of CE-MS、HPLC-MS in lipids study are reviewed and analyzed.
