阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)水平及其意义。方法测定152例OSAHS患者的血清CPK水平和平均夜间氧合血红蛋白饱和度(SaO2%),并以30例健康人作对照。结果53例OSAHS患者和对照组中1例出现了血清肌酸磷酸激酶水平升高。重度OSAHS患者血清CPK水平显著高于轻至中度OSAHS患者和对照组(P<0.01)。平均SaO2%和CPK水平成负相关(r=-0.787,P<0.01)。持续气道内正压通气治疗可以使轻至中度OSAHS患者和重度OSAHS患者的血清CPK水平显著下降(P<0.01)。结论约34.87%人群有CPK水平增高,重度的OSAHS尤其明显。经持续气道内正压通气治疗可使CPK水平显著下降。CPK水平可作为判断OSAHS病情的一种参考指标。Dbjective To-explore the level of Creatine Phosphatic Kinase（CPK） and its clinical significance in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hyponea Syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods To check levels of CPK and mean night saturation of oxygenated haemoglobin （SAO2%）of 152 patients with OS- AHS. And comparied with the values of 30 normal controls. Results The levels of CPK were elevated in 53 cases of patients and 1 of controls. The levels of CPK were significantly higher in severe patients than in mild or moderate patients and controls（P 〈0.01 ）. The mean SAO2% was negatively correlated to the level of CPK （ r = - 0. 078,P 〈 0.01 ）. The Continuous Positive Airway Pressure （CPAP） could make the level of CPK in patients with mild ,moderate and severe OSAHS significantly lower（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The level of CPK were elevated in 34.78% of patients, especially in patients with severe OSAHS. The CPAP could make the level of CPK significantly lower. The levels of CPK might be a kind of referred indicators of severity of OSAHS.
