摘 要:目的探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者B型钠尿肽(BNP)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)和红细胞变化能力的变化及相互关系。方法对91例CHF病人(其中NYHAI级32例、Ⅱ级22例、Ⅲ级23例、Ⅳ级14例)检测了BNP、血浆NO含量和红细胞滤过指数(EFI)。结果CHF患者BNP、血浆NO含量和EFI均升高;随着心功能NYHA分级程度的加重和疾病的进展,BNP、N0含量和EFI明显升高,CHF患者Boston心衰积分(BSS)与BNP、NO含量和EFI呈正相关,BNP与NO含量和EFI呈正相关。结论CHF患者NO和红细胞变化能力参与了CHF的病理生理发生发展过程。CHF患者血浆BNP的变化与N0含量和红细胞变化能力密切相关。Objective To Study the changes, mechanisms and relationships of B-type natriuretic peptid(BNP) ,nitric oxide(NO) and erythrocyte deformability(ED) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods BNP,NO and erythrocyte filtration index (EFI) in 91 CHF patients(32 patients with NYHAI,22 patients with NYHA Ⅱ ,23 patients with NYHA Ⅲ ,14 patients with NYHAⅣ ) were measured. Results BNP,NO and EFI in CHF patients were higher than those in healthy subjects, With the increase of NYHA and development of disease, BNP, NO and EFI significantly increased;the levels of BNP,NO and EFI showed a positive correlation with the severity(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion BNP,NO and EFI were correlated with the severity of the CHF. BNP, NO and ED play roles in pathophysiological and pathogenetic mechanism of CHF. Biological effects of BNP,NO and ED were closely correlated with development of disease in CHF patients.
