摘 要:本文针对电力、铁路、工矿企业各种电源母线接地、混线故障进行检测及分析,探测电缆走向并快速找出故障点,研究设计接地混线故障快速查找仪。本文阐述了接地混线故障的基本概念,接地混线故障快速查找的基本原理,对检测信号发射和接地混线故障信号接收进行了理论分析,给出系统电路设计框图和软件设计的程序流程图。经测试,设计的接地混线故障快速查找仪能够使被测设备在不停电、不解线、不甩线的情况下,实现对被测设备接地混线等故障的查找,方便快捷准确。A cable fault locator was designed to detect and analyze the faults of grounding, mixed line, to solve the problem of cable line routing and to locate the faults, which occur in all kinds of power supply bus lines in electric power, railway and various industry and mining enterprises. The general concepts of grounding faults and the basic principle of detecting faults are discussed. Moreover, the transmitting of the detecting signal and the receiving of the grounding fault signal are analyzed theoretically. The circuit diagram of the system and the program flow chart of the software are given. The designed locator could conveniently and accurately find grounding faults and mixed line faults of the equipment under test without cutting off power supply and removing or changing any cable wirings.
