摘  要:利用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定取贵州茂兰喀斯特自然保护区中的野生(石生、树生)铁皮石斛及贵州茂兰乡缘铁皮石斛开发种植基地人工种植的铁皮石斛(棚生)的多糖含量。结果表明,石生铁皮石斛多糖含量为(27.26±0.14)%,树生铁皮石斛多糖含量为(26.74±0.16)%,棚生铁皮石斛多糖含量为(27.2±0.12)%,石生、树生和棚生铁皮石斛的多糖含量几乎相同。铁皮石斛多糖是主要的药用成份,因此认为可以考虑用棚生铁皮石斛替代日益濒危的石生、树生铁皮石斛作为珍贵中药材铁皮枫斗的源材料。通过长期野外监测发现,石生、树生和棚生铁皮石斛的温度、湿度和光照都非常接近,这也是铁皮石斛多糖含量相同的主要原因。The polysaccharide content of Dendrobium officinale was obtained using phenol-vitriolic colorimetry in Maolan Karstic Natural Reserve where natural Dendrobium officinale lived on rock and tree,; and Maolan Dendrobium officinale Exploiture Plantation Base where Dendrobium officinale was;artiflcially grown in greenhouse, respectively. The results show that the average polysaccharide content of Dendrobium offiaihale grown on rock was (27. 26±0. 14)%, (26. 74±0. 16)% grown on tree bark and (27.2±0. 12)% grown in greenhouse. The contents of polysaccharide among these Dendrobium officinales were almost the same. As the polysaccharide of Dendrobium officinale is the main medicinal ingredients, the Dendrobium officinale grown in greenhouse can substitute for the natural Dendrobium officinale grown on rock and tree bark as valuable Chinese traditional medicinal materials. We found the grown environment, such as temperature, humidity and light levels was very close among Dendrobium officinales grown on rock, tree bark and in greenhouse through long-term field monitoring. This is why they had the same content of Dendrobium officihale polysaccharide.
