摘 要:用聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混,采用柠檬酸铝(AlCit)和硼砂为交联剂制备弱凝胶,其配比为:聚合物HPAM质量浓度3 g/L,PVA质量浓度2.4 g/L,聚铝比(g/g)为15,硼砂用量为0.20%。通过对主剂、交联剂、成胶温度等因素进行考察,得到适用于胜利油田油藏的环保型弱凝胶体系。并借助热重分析仪(TGA)对交联前后样品耐温性能做了比较。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对聚合物溶液和弱凝胶结构的变化进行观察。结果表明:通过改变反应条件,体系成胶时间可控(3~52 h),凝胶强度可调(转变压力10~73 kPa),与聚合物驱相比更能适宜于高渗透层调剖处理。The partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as polymer, aluminum citrate (AlCit) and borax as crosslinkers, were used to develop weak gel. The formulation is HPAM 3 g/L, PVA 2.4 g/L, HPAM/ AlCit (g/g) 15, bora × 0. 20%. A environment friendly weak gel system that is suitable for use in reservoirs of Shengli oilfield was developed through optimizing the main agent,crosslinker, Gelling temperature, etc. The effects of crosslinking on heatresistance was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The changes in the structure of the polymer solution and the weak gel was compared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The result shows that the gelation time was adjustable (3 - 52 h) and gel intensity was controllable by changing the relevant factors(change pressure 10- 73 kPa). Compared with polymer flooding, the weak gel is more appropriate to deal with high permeability profile.
