摘 要:以高岭土为载体,采用TiCl_4水解法制备了TiO_2/高岭土负载型催化剂,XRD分析结果表明负载过程中有部分TiO_2以类质同晶替代的方式存在于高岭土中。以草酸为目标降解物考察了催化剂的光催化活性,探讨了催化剂焙烧温度、催化剂用量、草酸初始浓度和光强度对催化剂光催化活性的影响。结果表明,负载催化剂适宜的焙烧温度范围为300~400℃;催化剂用量为1.0 g/L时,对草酸的降解率最高,反应300 min后达到96%;草酸初始质量浓度低于800 mg/L时,其降解率随初始浓度的增加而增加;增加光强度能提高草酸的降解率,但随着光强增加,它对降解率的贡献逐渐减弱。TiO2/kaolin composite photocatalysts were prepared from kaolin particles by a titanic chloride hydrolysis method. XRD results showed that TiO2 existed partly as isomorphism substitution. The composite catalyst activities were evaluated by photocatalytic reaction of oxalic acid. Some factors affecting the photocatalytic activity, such as calcination temperature, catalyst dosage, initial reactant concentration and irradiation intensity, were studied. The results showed that the suitable calcination temperature was 300 - 400 ℃, and the optimum catalyst dosage was 1.0 g/L. Under the optimum conditions, the degradation rate of oxalic acid reached 96% after 300min. The degradation rate of oxalic acid increased with the increase of the initial oxalic acid concentration under low-concentration of 800 mg/L. The photocatalytic degradation of oxalic acid was enhanced by high irradiation intensity, hut the extent of the enhancement gradually decreased with the increase of the irradiation intensity.
