摘 要:以二氯丙醇和NaOH为原料,通过环化反应合成环氧氯丙烷。考察了NaOH与二氯丙醇的摩尔比、反应温度和环化反应时间对二氯丙醇环化反应的影响,研究了无机盐NaCl的存在对ECH溶液浓度的影响,并且得到了反应体系中存在的主反应和副反应。结果表明,二氯丙醇环化反应的最佳条件为:n(NaOH)∶n(二氯丙醇)=1.2∶1、反应温度为73~78℃、反应时间为92~97 s,在此反应条件下,环氧氯丙烷的收率质量分数可达89.4%。Epichlorohydrin was prepared by cyclization of dichloropropanol and sodium hydroxide. The influence of mole ratio of NaOH to dichloropropanol, reaction temperature and reaction time on cyclization of dichloropropanol was investigated, the presence of NaCl on the concentration of ECH was studied, and the main reactions and side reactions in the cyclization of dichloropropanol were obtained. Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for the cyclization of dichloropropanol were as follows., mole ratio of NaOH to dichloropropanol is 1.2 :1, temperature is 73 - 78 ℃ and reaction time is 92 - 97 s. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yield of epichlorohydrin is 89.4%.
