高钛重矿渣集料的长期体积稳定性研究

摘　　要：利用化学分析、矿相分析、水热体积稳定性测试手段,多尺度地对高钛重矿渣集料的耐久性进行了探讨。结果表明,高钛重矿渣集料由钙钛矿、富钛辉石和钛辉石矿物镶嵌构造而成;对高钛重矿渣集料在50℃和80℃水中及150℃下压蒸5h 水热处理,产生微小的均匀体积线形膨胀,未产生开裂,说明高钛重矿渣集料具有良好的长期体积稳定性。The durability high TiO2-bearing heavy aggregates was focused by chemical analysis, lithology analysis, volume stability under hydrothermal treatment. The results showed that high TiO2-bearing Heavy aggregates consist of perovskite and TiO2-picrites,which has a good long term volume stability. The aggregates will produce minor and uniform liner expansion as the aggregates were hydrothermally treated at 50℃ , 80℃ and 150℃ for 5 hours, and no any cracks were observed.
