摘　　要：对LG80轧机冷轧GCr15孔型模具热处理生产中常出现的几种裂纹的产生原因进行了分析和研究,并提出改进措施和新的热处理工艺。This paper analyzed and studied the reasons of several kinds of cracks which occurred often in the process of heat treatment of cold rolling GCr15 pass die of LG80 roller, and gave the improvement measures and new heat treatment process.
