摘  要:铣刨机履带行走系统一般有4条履带,且每条履带较短,没有托链轮,支重轮的布置受到整机履带行走系统结构的限制,特别是受到履带张紧装置的限制。以CLG568型铣刨机为例对铣刨机支重轮的设计进行分析。认为支重轮的设计要以支重轮的静态受力、动态受力和铣刨机的最大行走速度为条件。对支重轮中的重要组成零件如:轮体、轴、轴承和浮动密封圈进行设计时,应该充分考虑各个零件之间的相互影响。轮体设计最重要的参数是直径,轮体的直径越大支重轮的转速越低,支重轮的转速越低,它的磨损越少、发热量越少。轴的设计应以支重轮的动力受力为条件,进行强度设计,在满足强度设计的同时,应该有足够的刚性,同时,应该合理设计轴和滑动轴承的配合,以便得到理想的油膜厚度。浮动密封圈的选用非常重要,必须符合高温工况的要求。支重轮的装配要注意3点:①零件必须清洁干净。②浮动密封圈不许有气孔、划伤等缺陷。③润滑油用量准确:量多了不利于散热,量少了不利于润滑。Generally, there are four tracks in crawler travel system of a milling machine, each track is shorter and with no carrier rollers. The arrangement of track rollers is limited by crawler travel system structure of the basic machine and especially by track tensioning devices. Design for track rollers of milling machine is analyzed with model CLG568 milling machine as an example. It is suggested that the design of track rollers should be based on the conditions of static loading, dynamic loading and maximum travel speed. When designing some important components in track rollers, such as roller body, shaft, bearing and floating seal ring, mutual influences between components should be fully considered. The most important parameter in roller body design is diameter. The larger the diameter is, the lower the roller speed and the little the wear and heat generation. For the design of the shaft, its strength design should be based on the dynamic loading condition of track rollers. When the strength requirement is met, there should also be enough rigidity, and at the same time, rational fitting between shaft and bushing should be designed to obtain ideal oil film thickness. Selection for the floating seal ring is very important, which must meet the requirements of overheated work conditions. For assembly of the track rollers, three aspects should be paid attentions: (1) keep all components clean; (2) no defects like air holes and scars; (3) accurate usage of lubrication oil; too much oil is not good for heat dispersing and too little oil is not good for lubrication.
