摘　　要：Aculeococcus was established in 1941 by Lepage for the peculiar species A. Mor risoni Lepage, the material was collected from Brazil on an undetermined plant. Till the year 1957, Ferris correctly assigned to the family Eriococcidae, but didn’t yet know the correct position of the family in systematic, and never found another members in the genus.Aculeococcus was established in 1941 by Lepage for the peculiar species A.
