轻质外墙砖配方及其烧成制度的研究

摘　　要：以页岩、长石、石英、玻璃粉为原料,添加碳化硅或石墨发泡剂,经半干压法成型,采用常规瓷砖烧成温度制度,制备出体积密度在1000kg/m3左右、吸水率为0.5%～1.2%、抗折强度为4MPa～10MPa的轻质外墙砖。并对其配方和烧成制度进行了分析。The paper introduces a kind of lightweight external wall brick, which is made of shale,feldspar, quartz,glass powder, and additives of SiC or foamer of C, and shaped in semi-dry press, fired in ordinary temperature. The lightweight external brick is obtained with bulk density around 1000 kg/m^3,water absorption around 0.5%-1.2% and transverse strength around 4 MPa-10MPa. Finally the raw materials composing and firing system are also analyzed.
