摘 要:研究了连续YAG激光热导焊过程中易于调节的各参数:激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量等对焊缝的熔宽、熔深及深宽比的影响。通过实时的图像采集。观察到熔池表面存在的团状金属蒸气。其对激光能量的输入造成较大影响.通过侧吹气体可以将其去除,提高激光有效功率。通过有重复的二因子试验,得出激光能量和焊接速度之间存在着一定的交互作用。The parameters which were relatively easy to adjust in the continuous YAG laser conduction welding were studied. The effects of laser power, welding speed and focus position on seam width, penetration depth and depth-width ratio of the weld seam were researched. A cluster of metal steam above welding pool and its obvious effect on reducing the laser energy input was found by real time image sensing. Side-blowing shield gas could remove the metal steam, and the effective power of the laser was elevated. Some interaction between the laser power and welding speed are obtained by repeated two-factor experiments.
