摘  要:结合TritonX-100选择性处理,使用TRITC-Ph探针标记和整装电子显微镜技术研究了洋葱鳞茎茎肉细胞原生质体胞质骨架的结构与形态。所研究细胞的细胞质中有丰富的蛋白质纤维,这些蛋白质纤维缰直而有分支,相邻的纤维之间存在有联丝。它们或平行地排列,或相互缠绕交织在一起构成一个复杂的立体网络。网络系统保持球形,细胞核位于网络的一侧,并与网络内的蛋白质纤丝相连,向外,网络系统中的纤维与质膜上的结合位点相连。不同的细胞之间,网络中蛋白质纤维的密集程度、直径和排列方式有明显的差异。This work deals with the structure and morphology of the cytoplastnic skeleton inthe protoplasts of onion(Allium cepa L. ) bulb flesh by using TRITC-Ph labelling andwhole mount electron microscopy after Triton X-100 selective extraction. It was foundthat the cytoplasm of the protoplasts were rich in protein fibers. The proteifibers werestraight or curvedand possessed crosses and branches. And between neighbouring fibersthere were thinner fibers which linkea them together. The fibers were parallel with eachother or interweaved into a complex network in arrangement. The fibrous networkswere round shape, one side of which nuclei were usually located on. The sorne of protein fibers were in connection with nuclei and plasmalemma. The thickness, diameterand arrangement were variable in different cells.
