摘  要:通过对燃烧型焊条的燃烧速度、可控性以及焊接质量的分析,研究了铝粉颗粒度对燃烧型焊条燃烧的影响。结果表明,随铝粉颗粒尺寸减小,燃烧速度迅速提高,焊接可控性变差;随铝粉颗粒尺寸增大,焊缝气孔明显增多,力学性能降低;铝粉粒度在-260/+300目时,焊接质量与操控性最佳。The effect of AI particle size on the burning of combustion welding rod was investigated by the analysis on the burning speed, the controllability and the welding seam .The results show that the reducing with the particle size of Al, the burning speed improves rapidly and the welding controllability gets worse. On the contrary, as AI powder particle size increases, the blowhole obviously increases in the welding seam alloys, mechanical property is reduced. When AI powder particle size is -260/+300, the speed is moderate, the blowhole is rare, and the welding seam is best.
