摘 要:采用WC粉+1Cr18Mn8Ni5N和改进的电弧喷涂技术在45钢基体上制备RE-WC-钢基复合涂层.然后利用氩弧熔覆工艺对其涂层进行熔覆,并对其显微组织、显微硬度和相结构进行了分析。结果表明。获得了由弥散分布的强化相增强的熔覆层,强化相主要是WC/W_2C;熔覆层与基体之间为冶金结合;熔覆层硬度可达750HV0.1以上。RE-WC-steel composite coatings were prepared on 45 steel substrate by using WC particle and 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N stainless steel by means of modified arc spray technique, then the coatings were fused by argon shielded arc cladding. The microstructure, microhardness and the phase structure of WC-steel composite coatings were analyzed. The results indicate that the cladding of the reinforcing phase by dispersing distribution is obtained, and the reinforcing phases in the cladding are mainly WC and W2C .The bond between substrate and cladding is metallurgy binding, The microhardness of cladding is above 750HV0.1.
