摘  要:冠果草的种子中没有胚乳,营养物质贮藏在胚中,其成分主要是淀粉和蛋白质。胚各部分的物质积累情况差异较大,子叶和下胚轴细胞中的淀粉粒、蛋白体数目多、体积大,胚芽和胚根分生细胞中则只贮藏少量的淀粉位、蛋白体。在种子萌发过程中,胚各部分的淀粉粒逐渐解体,至二叶幼苗期全部消失。蛋白体的降解有严格顺序,远离胚芽的细胞中蛋白体降解较早,胚芽附近细胞中的降解放晚,而且胚芽细胞中还有新的蛋白体形成。单个蛋白体的降解从内部开始,向周围进行,直至成为一个扩大的液泡井最终消失。到一叶幼苗期,胚中的蛋白体全部降解。The seed of Sagittaria guyanensis Subsp. lappula consisted of no endosperm, sothe reserve constituents were stored in the embryo itself. The different parts of the embryo contained various content of nutrient storge,starch and protein. Much more starchgrains and protein bodies were presented in either the cotyledon or hypocotyl cells, andless in both plumule and radicle meristematic cells. During the stages following germi-nation, the starch grains degraded gradually and complete disorganization taken place atthe two-leaf seedling stage. The protein bodies were utillized initially from the cells distant from shoot apex and then progressively towards the tissues adjacent to plumule andplumule itself. Moreover, new protein bodies formed in plumule ceIls were observed.For each protein body, it began to breakdown internally and this process continuedoutward. Then, the particle enlarged and eventually disappeared. At one-lefe seedlingstage, the protein bodies all degraded.
