摘  要:阐述了声誉的内涵和医院加强声誉管理的必要性,分析了目前我国医院在声誉管理方面存在的管理意识淡薄、维缺乏系统性、缺乏资金投入和定位不准等问题,提出了医院应提高对声誉管理重要性的认识;确定声誉管理目标;加强声誉的创建和维护;把声誉管理作为长期发展战略及了解声誉现状和树立忧患意识。Proceeding from the connotation of reputation and necessity of strengthening the reputation management of hospital, the paper analyzes the common problems on the reputation management of hospital, including weak management awareness, lack of systematic maintenance, insufficient investment and inaccurate positioning, etc. , and suggests that the hospital should raise the awareness on the importance of reputation management, set a goal for reputation management, reinforce the establishment and maintenance of reputation, take the reputation management as long-term development strategy, learn the current status of reputation, and be prepared for the unexpected development.
