摘　　要：2003年辽宁省提出了生态立省的战略,自此揭开现代林业建设的序幕。辽宁现代林业建设要着力加快生态建设提质和产业发展提速;推进现代林业建设,要因地制宜,分区实施。在实施中要突出政府行为,靠政策和资金倾斜加以引导,突出体制改革,确保经济转轨;突出科技支撑,提高效益;突出法治的完善与贯彻实施。Liaoning proposed the strategy of provincial ecological development, and opened the curtain on modem forestry construction. Liaoning modem forestry construction should speed up ecological construction and accelerate industrial development. Advancing modem forestry should be adjusted to the local and implemented by district. In the implementation, should attach much importance to government acts, rely on policy and funding to guide, highlighting reform to ensure economic transformation. And highlight technology support and efficiency, and improve the implementation of law.
