摘　　要：阐述了林木良种在我国林业建设中的战略地位和作用,并指出目前我国林木良种工作中存在林木育种的特殊性与投资的短期性和不稳定性的矛盾,林木良种发展的长效机制尚未建立,林木种苗管理体制不顺,林木良种基础工作薄弱等问题。提出：加强林木良种选育推广体系建设,加强林木种质资源调查与收集保存利用等政策建议。The paper gives the strategic position and role of tree varieties in China＇s forestry construction, and noted that China＇s forest tree seed varieties in the work of the contradictions of special nature and short-term investments and the instability, the development of long-term forest seed mechanism has not been established, forest seedling management system was not smooth, weak foundation and other issues. Propose to Strengthen tree breeding systems promote and enhance forest resources survey and germplasm collection and preservation.
