摘 要:论文从技术、经济、社会、环境等方面综合分析了影响拉斗铲无运输倒堆工艺在我国应用的各种因素,通过综合分析认为,我国已经具备了应用拉斗铲倒堆工艺建设大型高产高效露天煤矿的条件,其主要限制因素为资源条件的复杂性和操作管理经验的缺乏。该项研究将对拉斗铲无运输倒堆工艺在我国露天煤矿的应用起到促进作用。Influence factors were comprehensively analyzed for dragline overcast stripping application in our country from technique, economy, society, environment, and so on, in this text. The influences from complexity of resource deposit occurrence, reliability of system, occurrence of coal seam, coal seam number and the space between coal seams, the thickness and physical mechanics property of overburden, the cooperation between dragline stripping overcastting and others, etc, on the feasibility of dragline overcast stripping application, operation parameters and operation mold of dragline, equipment selection were concretely studied. Based on the analysis, it is in favorable conditions to build high output and efficiency surface coal mines with dragline overcast stripping in our country. And the complexity of resource deposit occurrence and lack of experience in dragline operation and manage are the main influence factors on dragline overcast stripping application. The research can promote the application of dragline overcast stripping in open cast coal mines of our country.
