摘　　要：改革开放以来，重庆市农业和农村经济发展取得了巨夫的成就，但长期以来，由于农业生产环境污染严重等多种原因．农产品的有毒物质残留超标，“餐桌污染”严重，人、畜中毒事件时有发生，出口农产品因药物戏留超标被拒收、扣留、退货、赔偿、终止合同的现象不断出现。随着农产品总量供求矛盾的基本解决，人民生活水平的不断改善，This article introduced the city of Chongqing that has finished the authentication of non-environmental damage agri- cultural product with taking a series of policies measures, narrated the present problems about the situation of non- environmental damage agricultural product development.And certain solutions were proposed as the policy-maker reference. Food safety issue is related to the economic security,the national economy and the people's livelihood,which is a significant strategy.Improving the agricultural product quality along with society development has already been demanded by the society from all walks of life value.There are three targets on food health limits,the security,the nutrition and the promo- tion of human health,in which security is ranked first.The high quality and safe agricultural product is most popular.So the agricultural pro- duction develop- ment is also imperative. China is a large agricultural country and al- ready joined the World Trade Organization.Whether the agricultural product quality is moving towards the world standards becomes an important issue related to Chinese agriculture constant development. Therefore,producing the agricultural product with non-envi- ronmental damage is the foundation of our agriculture sus- tainable development.The leadership should strengthen to ensure the unification and cooperation among various departments.We should carry out the macroeconomic regu- lation and supervise the development of non-environmental damage agricultural products and take the agricultural prod- uct security actions.
