摘　　要：目的评价接种冻干麻疹减毒活疫苗（MV，病毒滴度≥3．31gCCID50／ml，0．5ml／剂次）的安全性和免疫原性。方法以209名8～12月龄未接种过MV的健康儿童作为试验组，63名1～2岁在观察期间不接种任何疫苗的健康儿童作为对照组，进行MV安全性观察，采用血凝抑制（HI）试验检测试验组儿童血清抗体。结果接种MV后无即时反应和局部反应发生。全身反应主要为发热反应，发热率为29．19％，以低、中热为主；皮疹发生率为4．78％。接种MV后HI抗体阳转率为98．46％，几何平均滴度为1：29．38。结论MV具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。Objective To evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of measles live attenuated vaccine. Methods We selected 209 children aged 8-12 months in two areas as the test group,and 63 children aged 12 to 24 months as control group to compare the safety of measles live attenuated vaccine. Antibody of the serum specimens and geometric mean titer（GMT）in the test group were tested by the micro-hemagglutination inhibition test. Results After immunization,the local and immediate reaction were not observed. The system reaction were fever and rash. Positive rate of the serum specimens and GMT in the test group were 98. 46% and 1 ： 29.38. Conclution The results indicated that measles live attenuated vaccine had excellent safety and immunogenicity.
