摘　　要：从电力市场条件下的容量投资机制问题入手,分析了目前国内外电力市场中已经应用的或者已经提出来但还未被应用的保证容量投资的市场机制的基本特征,通过一套指标体系,建立了选择容量投资市场机制的评价和选择程序。研究结果显示容量预定机制无论在效率方面还是容量投资方面,都有最好的表现,而单一电量机制效果最差。Based on the analysis on the capacity investment mechanism of the power market, the basic characteristics of domestic and overseas power market mechanisms which assure capacity investment are analyzed, including the mechanisms already implemented or proposed but not implemented yet. Through a system of a set of indicators, the evaluation and selection procedures of the market mechanism for capacity investment are established. The result shows that the capacity reservation mechanism produces the best performance among all the mechanisms in both supply efficiency and capacity investment, while the single energy mechanism yields the poorest results.
