摘 要:介绍了定子双馈电双凸极(SDFDS)电机的设计方法,导出了电机尺寸方程,设计了一台三相12/8极电机样机。基于二维有限元对电机的磁场分布、磁链、反电动势、电感和静态转矩等电磁特性进行了计算和分析,计算中考虑了励磁磁场和电枢反应的相互作用。样机实验结果验证了设计方法和理论分析的正确性,为该电机的进一步研究和控制系统的设计奠定了基础。 This paper presents the design and analysis of the stator-doubly-fed doubly salient (SDFDS) motor for electric vehicles. A sizing equation is derived, which lay a foundation for the initial design of the machine. A 3-phase 12/8-pole SDFDS motor is designed and built for exemplification. Moreover, finite element analysis for the machine is carried out to investigate field distribution, back EMF, inductance characteristics and static torque. In the analysis, the interaction between the field flux and armature current as well as the magnetic saturation are taken into account. Experimental results of the prototype machine are given to verify the theoretical analysis, which are helpful on further studying the SDFDS motor and designing the drive system.
