摘  要:在简要介绍统一潮流控制器(UPFC)结构及其工作原理的基础上,提出了一种应用于UPFC串联侧的基于模糊控制理论的PI自整定控制策略,给出了该控制策略的模糊控制规则以及模糊查询表推导的详细过程。利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件,实现了UPFC的时域仿真模型及模糊PI自整定控制策略,同时对UPFC的动态特性进行了仿真研究,并将所提出的控制策略与传统的定PI控制策略进行了比较。仿真结果表明,模糊PI自整定控制具有较强的稳态潮流跟踪能力,能更好地抑制故障所造成的系统振荡,显著改善UPFC的动态特性。最后将模糊PI自整定控制应用于所研制的UPFC实验装置中,实验结果也充分表明了该控制策略的有效性。 A PI self-tuning control strategy based on the fuzzy logic control theory is proposed for the unified power flow controller (UPFC) series voltage source converters (VSC). Details of designing the fuzzy rules and the determination of the table for fuzzy searching are given in the paper. In order to show the effectiveness of the proposed control,the models for both the UPFC and the proposed control are made using PSCAD/EMTDC for the time-domain simulation. Simulation results show that the dynamic characteristic of UPFC with the proposed control is much better than that with the conventional fixed parameter PI control. The power flow adjustment speed is greatly increased. The stability of the system against the fault is also considerably improved. Finally,the proposed control strategy is applied to an experiment equipment of UPFC,and the test results demonstrate its effectiveness.
