摘　　要：对武钢7号高炉自开炉以来指标不断创新的生产实践进行了总结。武钢7号高炉通过采取加强原燃料管理、合理布料矩阵及大批重、高富氧以及严格的炉前管理等措施,各项指标不断创出新高,2007年6月高炉平均利用系数达到2.938,焦比达到290.4 kg/t,煤比181.2 kg/t,燃料比502.0kg/t。The paper summarizes constant improving practices on No. 7 BF of WISCO since its startup. The operation index of this furnace becomes better and better by a series of measures, such as strengthening management of raw and fuel material, rational burden distribution matrix, large burden lot, high oxygen enrichment and strict operation management at cast house. In June 2007, the ave. availability of BF 2. 938, coke ratio 290.4kg/t, coal ratio 181.2kg/t and fuel ratio 502.0kg/t were reached.
