摘 要:IR1552是引自国际水稻研究所的水稻紫叶特异材料,以其分别与不同类型的绿叶籼稻、粳稻品种杂交,研究了紫叶性状的遗传。结果表明,正反交杂种F1代植株叶色均为绿色,以IR1552为母本回交的BC1F1代群体中绿叶株与紫叶株之比为1∶1,而F2代群体中绿叶株与紫叶株之比表现13∶3和55∶9等2种类型,分析认为,该紫叶性状由1对显性基因PL-PL控制,一般绿叶稻品种带有1对紫叶显性抑制基因I-PL-I-PL。以紫叶稻IR1552为供体,经杂交转育成桂紫-1S等多个带紫叶标记的不育系,桂紫-1S生育后期功能叶叶绿素含量高,叶片衰老慢,所配组合叶片功能正常,说明IR1552的紫叶性状对转育成的带紫叶标记的水稻不育系及其杂种F1代的生长势和产量无不良影响,是一理想的紫叶标记供体。IR1552, introduced from the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), is a specific rice material with purple leaves. The inheritance of the trait of purple leaf color was studied by way of making crosses and backcrosses between IR1552 and different types of indica and japonica lines with normal green leaves, The results showed that, 22 F1 hybrids including 4 reciprocal F1 hybrids were all of green leaf color, 4 backcrosses (BC1F1) had all a 1 : 1 segregation ratio of green to purple plants, while 8 F2 populations had two kinds of segregation ratio of green to purple plants, i, e. , 13:3 or 55:9, It is concluded that the purple leaf color is controlled by one pair of dominant nuclear genes PL - PL, and there exists one pair of dominant inhibitory genes I - PL - I - PL in normal green color lines in rice, Using IR1552 as the donor of purple leaf color, some male sterile (MS) lines with purple leaves such as Guizi - 1 S were developed, It was found that Guizi - 1 S had a higher chlorophyll content and a slower decrease of it in functional leaves in late growth stage. The F1 hybrids derived from Guizi - 1S showed a normal green leaf color and a normal leaf function, indicating that when transferred into MS lines the purple leaf color marker from IR1552 has not any negative effects on the MS lines and their F1 hybrids. Therefore, IR1552 would be an ideal donor for the purple leaf marker.
