摘　　要：目的探讨早期护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者的功能康复的影响。方法随机将重型颅脑损伤患者82例分为康复组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,康复组在入院当天即进行早期康复护理,将两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果出院时两组患者功能比较,康复组功能恢复明显优于对照组,Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评定差异有显性(P<0.01)。结论早期康复护理干预有利于促进重型颅脑损伤患者神经功能恢复,降低患者伤残率,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of early nursing interventions on the functional rehabilitation in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 82 cases of patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the rehabilitation group were given early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The Barthel Index and the Fugl-Meyer Test were selected as the instruments for the evaluation of activities of daily living and motor function. Admission and discharge functional status were evaluated and compared. Results The discharge functional status in the rehabilitation group was better than that in the control group（p〈0.01）. Conclusions Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the patients with severe traumatic brain injury can effectively promote the functional improvement, reduce the disability rate and improve the living quality.
