摘　　要：目的探讨提高早产儿家长对早期干预的依从性。方法采用两种出院指导方式,比较两组家长对早期干预计划的实施情况。结果采用示教式进行出院指导的早产儿家长在依从性上明显提高。结论采用示教式进行出院指导的方式有利于早期干预计划的实施,从而保证早期干预的效果。Objective To determine the appropriate mode of discharge guidance in order to improve the compliance with early intervention programs of premature infants＇ parents. Methods Parents of 60 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into two groups. Verbal or literal discharge guidance and demonstrations were performed in the two groups respectively. Result The compliance has been greatly improved in the parents who practised based on demonstrations compared with those who practised based on verbal or literal guidance only. Conclusion Demonstration method is helpful to the implement of early intervention programs in premature infants.
