摘　　要：为做好新形势下军事斗争卫勤准备工作,医院求真务实,真抓实备,从强化使命意识入手,引导官兵树立全员战备思想;积极结合实战抓练兵,锤炼战时救治能力;从经费投入、人员调配、物资管护和人员激励等多角度入手,完善管理机制,以达到"保打赢"的最终目标。In order to complete the duty of medical service for military affairs under the new situation, the hospital has enriched the mission consciousness, and worked hard to build up the thought of combat readiness of the staff; hammer - hardened cure capability of the staff in wartime. To achieve the goal of wining the war, we have improved supervising mechanism from multi -points as investing large capital, preparing personals, managing and protecting the materials and inspiring staffs.
