城市老年人夫妻权力模式与夫妻关系研究

摘　　要：基于对烟台市245位老年人生活状况的问卷调查资料,对烟台老年人在家庭事务中的分工和决策状况进行了研究,试图了解城市老年夫妻在家庭事务中的权力分配以及不同的夫妻权力模式对老年夫妻关系存在怎样的影响。研究结果表明:传统的"男主外,女主内"的家庭分工模式在城市老年人家庭中基本上没有改变,但家庭决策出现了由"丈夫决定"的控制型权力模式向"夫妻共同协商"的平等型权力模式过渡;家庭事务的分工及决策状况对夫妻关系并没有直接的影响;老年女性比老年男性更易受传统文化的影响而对家庭事务分工持保守的认知,但对男权主义的决策模式已开始质疑;烟台市老年人对家庭事务的分工与决策在观念和行为上存在一致性。Based on a questionnaire survey of 245 senior citizens of Yantai, this article makes a research on the housework division and the decision-making in the family business, attempts to understand the power assignment between husband and wife and the relationship between the power pattern and their conjugal relations. Results show： the traditional housework division pattern doesn＇ t change, but the power pattern on decision- making has changed; the decision state does not have direct influence on the conjugal relation, but the exchanging state, age bracket, marital status and whether they have children have influence upon conjugal relations; old women are easier to be influenced by traditional culture and hold conservative cognition to family＇s affairs; their idea and behavior have uniformity on division of labor and decision - making in family business.
