摘 要:目的:了解矽尘作业工人血清中脂质代谢水平和特点,探讨矽尘暴露对血清脂质代谢的影响。方法:以某铁矿矽尘作业工人为调查对象,采用终点法测定矽尘作业工人血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);采用免疫透射比浊-标准曲线法测定载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)和载脂蛋白B(APOB)的血清含量。结果:71例矽尘作业工人血清含量平均值分别为LDL-C(1.362±0.700)mmol/L、APOA1(1.727±0.739)g/L、TC(5.445±2.942)mmol/L、TG(2.122±1.557)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.317±0.352)mmol/L、APOB(0.860±0.317)g/L,其中TG和APOA1高于正常人群参考值、LDL低于正常人群参考值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。矽尘作业工人血脂和载脂蛋白各指标异常检出率分别为LDL-C(97.19%)、APOA1(78.87%)、TC(50.70%)、TG(47.89%)、HDL-C(38.03%)、APOB(36.62%)。结论:矽尘作业工人血清中血脂和载脂蛋白异常检出率较高,其血清TG和APOA1水平高于正常人群、LDL-C水平低于正常人群。矽尘暴露可能对作业工人脂质代谢有一定程度的影响,有必要进一步深入研究。Objective: To understand the characteristics of lipid metabolism on exposuring silicon dust workers, and find out silicon dust influence to lipid metaboilic. Methods: turbidimetry-standard curve, the contents of total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride(TG) , high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) , low density lipoprotein-cholesterol( LDL-C ) , apoprotein A1 ( APOA1 ) and apoprotein B (APOB) were detected in 71 workers who exposure silicon dust at a certain iron mine. Resuits : The contents of total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C ), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol( LDL-C), apoprotein A1 ( APOA1 ) and apoprotein B (APOB) are respectively LDL-C ( 1. 362 ± 0. 700 ) mmol/L, APOA1 ( 1. 727 ± 0. 739 ) g/L, TC (5. 445 ± 2. 942 ) mmol/L, TG ( 2. 122 ± 1. 557 ) mmol/L, HDL-C ( 1. 317 ± 0. 352 ) mmol/L, APOB(0. 860 ±0. 317) g/L,among the contents of TG and APOA1 were higher than that of normal, the content of LDL was lower than that of normal, and there are statistical significances between them (P 〈 0.05 ). Each index anormally recall ratio of serum lipids and apoproteins in serum of exposuring silicon dust from high to low is respectively LDL-C(97.19% ) , APOA1 (78.87%), TC (50.70%), TG (47.89%), HDL-C ( 38.03 % ), APOB ( 36.62% ). Conclusion : Index anormally recall ratio of serum lipids and apoproteins were higher. Among the contents of TG and APOA1 in serum of exposuring silicon dust workers are higher than that of normal, but for LDL-C, lower than that of normal. Exposuring silicon dust may be influent to extently their lipid metabolism and it essential to lucubrate furtherly its effect level and limit by long-term expouring silicon dust etc.
