猪瘟病毒E2基因DNA疫苗的试验研究

摘　　要：用构建的E2-pcDNA4.0 DNA疫苗对Balb/c小鼠、家兔和仔猪进行免疫,经3次肌肉接种,间隔15 d免疫后,测定抗体水平.结果表明,构建的DNA疫苗能诱导小鼠产生中和性抗体,免疫家兔最少可抵抗10个最小感染剂量(M ID)的猪瘟兔化弱毒苗的攻击.攻毒试验结果表明,E2-pcDNA4.0 DNA疫苗可抵抗致死剂量的CSFV石门株强毒的攻击.Balb/c mice , rabbits and young pigs were vaccinated by intramuscular injection with the recombinant plasmid E2-pcDNA4.0. After 3 immunizations and detecting the antibody level, the result indicated that the DNA vaccine could induce the mice producing neutralization antibody; and the rabbits resisting at least 10 minimum infectious dose （MID） of the attacking. And the result of the conteracting toxic substances experiments of the young pigs manifested that the E2-pcDNA4.0 DNA vaccine could counteract the attacking of the shimen strain.
