摘 要:将流场分为2个控制体,对流体基本方程及经验公式进行摄动求解,且采用流量连续原理及迭代法求解各腔室内的静态压力,同时也引入气封齿齿高于原双控体模型中。对修正的双控制体模型的分析结果表明:必须考虑气封齿齿高对转子动特性的影响,引入齿高后的转子动特性系数更接近于Childs实验值;不同的气封齿位置,具有相类似的动特性变化趋势。By using the method of two-control-volume model that is usually adopted in analysis the rotordynamic coefficients, fluid field was divided into two control volumes and the basic equation and experiential formula were solved with perturbation method. Based on the principle of the flow flux, an iteration method was proposed to solve the static pressure in control volumes, and the method was amended to take the height of the teeth into consideration. It is found that influence of height of the teeth is remarkable. The predicted rotordynamic coefficients agree more accurately with the experimental data from Childs when the height of seal is considered into the two-control-volume.
