摘 要:为了治理有杆泵井的管杆偏磨问题,在油管上喷涂了一层耐磨防腐涂层,并对比研究了抽油杆和油田常用的油管摩擦副及喷涂耐磨涂层后的油管摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:与45#钢对磨时,N80的耐磨性要比J55好;当45#钢与J55涂层油管对磨时,J55涂层油管的耐磨性比J55油管提高了5倍,并且配对的45#钢的磨损量也降低了1/2;因此45#钢与J55油管涂层配合使用时防偏磨效果十分理想。In order to solve the phenomenon of the side wear and corrosion between the rod and the tube during the sucker rod pump' s working process, wearable and antisepsis coatings was coated in oil tube, and friction and wear properties between many types of oil tube and rod materials pairs were studied. The results show that the oil tube coating is an effective anti-wearable material to prevent the side wear between oil tube and pumping rod. The N80 oil tube is more wearable than J55 oil tube with 45 steel. The J55 oil tube coating' s abrasive quantity is one fifth of the J55 oil tube, and the paired 45 steel' s abrasive quantity is decreased by half. The surface topography of the worn friction pairs were observed through SEM, and it is found that the surface is smooth when 45 steel is matched with J55 oil tube coating.
